Delete my data

You can ask us to remove your account, uploads and generated media. Use the email associated with your account or purchase.

Request account deletion

Email support@doghumanhands.com and state that you want your account and associated media deleted. Ownership is checked before private records are changed. We may retain the minimum order records required for accounting or payment disputes.

Automatic expiry

Photos and videos expire 24 hours after delivery. Signing in on a different device can restore access to eligible existing media; it cannot restore a file that has already been deleted or expired.
