What the service needs
The selected mode needs one or two reference photos and a scene. Eating scenes use one pet photo; the tea prank supports people or pets. An account email connects your purchases and results. Only the verified same email on this site can recover previous eligible guest purchases; different or unverified emails cannot claim them.
Who processes the files
Cloudflare hosts the website, the database and private media storage. Popcraft processes runtime image previews with GPT Image 2.5 and eating videos with Seedance 2.0; the tea prank uses Seedance 2.5 with a motion template and template audio. Google provides sign-in, Resend sends service email and Whop is the payment provider. We do not store card details.
Retention and deletion
Human face photos, pet photos, previews and generated videos are deleted from our service within 24 hours after delivery. Unused uploads expire after 24 hours. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models. A photo reused for another active video is retained until that delivery expires. Deletion may remove them sooner. A supplier can have its own retention rules. Financial records may need longer retention. Deleted or expired media is not recovered by signing in.
Measurement choices
Essential state preserves your upload, scene and preview across sign-in and checkout. Optional first-party analytics measure scene choice, preview, checkout, generation and download without storing photo contents or email addresses in event properties. They are off by default and can be switched on or off with Privacy choices in the footer. Payment and delivery records remain necessary for the service.
